Wholesale

We do not sell wholesale. We are an independant retailer and obtain our stock from a wide range of sources. We buy at the wholesale rates, pay UK VAT and carriage, it is not worth our time to then sell it on to other businesses.

If you wish to offer your merchandise to us we are always looking for new sources of official merchandise.

Postage Costs

It is very easy to check the shipping cost of an item. Firstly add the item(s) to cart, then click View Basket.

Bottom right there is the option to Select Country, once you have put in the destination country you can then click for the delivery cost.

All the products on our site are allocated a weight which is then used in the calculation of the postage.

The UK post office has recently changed its pricing structure and some items, ie mugs, cost almost as much to post as they do to buy.

For some foreign destinations items will only be posted via international signed for.

All items are posted via Royal Mail. Unless your order has been sent via recorded delivery or needs signing for there is no tracking number available.

What's Happening With My Order?

We often get people contacting us to ask us what is happening with their order.

This usually follows on from when they have logged on to their account and read the order status "on order from the suppliers" and they want an update.

Now we don't want to be rude but it means just that and we can't really add any more.

We order from the various suppliers straight away but they only send out to us when they are ready.

When we get a delivery and your order is in, we post out the same day and the order is marked as dispatched and you get an email.

If your item does not come in we will get in touch and ask what you want to do about it.

We do try and indicate the average wait involved, but we cannot specifically tell you when a particular delivery is due.
